Hi, I’m Patti Bryant.
I help women who know something has to change, but still feel stuck, scared, or unable to move, hear themselves again and find one honest next step.
My work is for the woman in the in-between.
The place where life still technically works, but no longer feels fully true.
Maybe it’s your marriage or relationship. Maybe it’s your career. Maybe it’s the whole life you built because it made sense, until it stopped feeling like yours.
You may not be ready to make a big decision. You may not even know exactly what you want yet.
You just know you can’t keep pretending this feels fine.
Why this work
I know what it’s like to build a life that looks good from the outside and slowly realize you’ve gone quiet inside it.
For years, I had the responsible life. A long marriage. A successful career. The kind of stability I thought I was supposed to want. Nothing looked wrong enough to explain why I felt so disconnected.
So I did what a lot of women do. I thought about it. I questioned myself. I made the pros and cons lists. I tried to be grateful. I told myself it was not that bad.
But thinking harder did not bring me closer to myself. It just kept me circling.
Eventually, I realized the problem was not that I needed one more argument, explanation, or perfect plan. I needed to hear myself again. That is the place my work grew from.
The moment when a woman has thought it to death, but still can’t move. The moment when she knows something is asking for her attention, but fear, guilt, loyalty, and uncertainty are louder than what feels true.
My background
Before this work, I spent more than 15 years in facilitation, learning design, and adult education.
I have a Master’s in Education, and much of my professional life has been spent designing and leading learning experiences that help people make sense of complex things.
That background matters here. Because this work is not about throwing people into deep emotion and hoping something useful happens. It is about creating a space where women can slow down, reflect honestly, and hear what is actually asking for their attention.
I know how to hold a room, ask questions that help people see what they could not see before, and guide an experience so it feels meaningful, safe, and useful, not vague or overwhelming.
How I work
My work brings together grounded reflection, body-based practices, tarot, and honest conversation to help women come back to what feels true.
I may use tarot, but not to predict your future or tell you what to do. I use it as a mirror. A card can give us an image, a symbol, or a doorway into something your mind may have been talking over. It helps us slow the loop down long enough to notice what is actually happening underneath it.
In a session or circle, we may use:
* grounding or body-based settling
* reflective questions
* tarot as a visual mirror
* journaling or quiet reflection
* honest conversation
* one small next step you can actually live with
This work is not therapy, fortune telling, legal, financial, or clinical advice. And it is not about pressuring you to make a dramatic leap.
I am not here to tell you whether to stay, leave, quit, start over, or blow up your life. I am here to help you hear yourself clearly enough to know what the next honest step is.
Who this is for
This may be for you if:
-
You are in a marriage or relationship that looks fine on paper, but something in you keeps wondering if you’re really happy or if you can do this forever.
-
You have outgrown work that once made sense, but now leaves you feeling heavy, disconnected, or like some part of you is disappearing.
-
You keep circling the same decision and cannot tell whether you are afraid, ungrateful, dramatic, or finally being honest.
-
You are not ready to change your whole life today, but you are ready to stop lying to yourself about how it feels.
-
You know something has to change, but you still can’t make yourself move.
The In-Between Circle (virtual)
A small, guided gathering for women navigating change, uncertainty, and what comes next. We use grounding, reflective questions, tarot as a mirror, optional sharing, and gentle practices to help each woman hear what is asking for her attention now.
Local gatherings, partnerships, and speaking
I offer intimate circles, reflective gatherings, and facilitated experiences for women navigating transition, uncertainty, self-trust, and the space between the life that still works and the truth that will not stay quiet.
Interested in bringing this experience to your space?
I partner with venues, wellness spaces, and community hosts in the Denver area to offer grounded, meaningful gatherings for women in transition. These experiences are intimate, reflective, and carefully facilitated. They are designed to help women feel less alone, hear themselves more clearly, and leave with language, insight, and one small next step.
If you are interested in hosting an In-Between Circle, private gathering, or facilitated event, I’d love to connect.
